Home Information Packs have been suspended!!

As from 21st May, 2010, these packs are suspended  and therefore no longer delay the marketing of your property.

However, Energy Performance Certificates are still a requirement and it is your responsibility to get one.   Properties can still be marketed as long as an EPC has been commissioned and is in your possession within 28 days.  So...order it at the same time as preparing your listing - it couldn't be easier.   For more information on EPC's and how to order one,  look in the Resources section above under Energy Assessments.
