Terms and Conditions

1. You must read and accept our terms and conditions.
2. Your property details must be truthful and accurate and you must be lawfully entitled to sell/let the property. look2 move will not be held responsible or liable for failure of the above.
3. Payment must be made in full via the secure payment system within this site before advertisement will be accepted. Virtual tours for areas outside the 5 northern counties specified will be quoted for separately and on an individual basis and paid for by cheque only in advance of our photographers arrival.
4. You must provide your own photographs for uploading and/or obtain permission from the owner of any photographs (i.e. estate agent) for their use. look2move will not be held responsible for any breach of copyright.
5. You must check your contract with your estate agent (if you have one) for any liability you have to pay commission. look2move will not be held responsible or liable for any payment due to an estate agent under the terms of your contract with them.
6. You must conduct all negotiations with your potential buyers.
7. You must grant look2move permission to use your photographs on this website.
8. look2move will not be held responsible or liable for any virtual tours shown on this site being used for any criminal purpose or intent.
9. look2move reserve the right to remove any account should a) any fees are outstanding b) any material deemed to be unsuitable is placed on the site c) any inappropriate or unauthorised links to other websites d) you have failed to comply with the terms and conditions.
10. Refunds will only be given if notification of cancellation is within 24 hours of the placing of the advertisement and must be given in writing via e-mail. No refund will be given after that initial 24 hours.
11. Only one property per advertisement/listing is permitted.
12. look2move will, as far as possible, ensure the website is available at all times. However, we reserve the right to take the site off-line for maintenance.
13. look2move accepts your fee as payment for 3 months advertising from the day of payment. Any time beyond 3 months will be on a free of charge basis. Properties may remain on the look2move website until sold/let. Listings on any partner sites will be for 3 months only and no responsibility will be taken by look2move for any interuption to the/their services.

The Data Protection Act 1998

"Us" means "look2move" as defined elsewhere on this website.
"Customer" means anyone who requests services from us and has entered in a contract with us.
"Contract" means the contract between us and the customer covering the supply of services by us to the customer.

Personal Data Collected (Part 1)

The following customer data is collected by us as part of the formation of a contract between our customers and us and is necessary for us to enter into said contract with the customer. In addition, some of this data is also collected each time customers request services from us (either via our web site or via written purchase orders):

• The customer's full name.
• The customer's email address.

What the above information is used for:
The information collected above is used solely to implement our contract with the customer (Setting up of an account with us, supplying of goods by us and the issuing of invoices by us) and is not disclosed to any third party or used for any other purpose.

Where the above information is kept:
The above information is maintained on an electronic database used solely by us and only available to us.

Personal Data Collected (Part 2)

The following information is logged by our web and mail servers when customers contact us by these means:

• The internet protocol address (IP address) of the computer used to send the request.
• The version of web browser and the computer operating system used to send the request.
• The email address of the requestee.

What the above information is used for:
The information collected above is used solely for the purposes of implementing the contract between us and the customer, monitoring web and mail usage and the diagnosing and rectifying of problems that may occur.

Where the above information is kept:
The above information is maintained on the server logs and is used solely by us and only available to us and our technical team.

We respect the personal privacy of our customers and their right to access the information held about them by us. Any customer wishing to obtain a copy of the information about them held by us should contact us (in writing) asking for the information. A charge of £10 sterling is levied for each request.
