We strongly recommend that you have your own sale board displaying your telephone details.  It isn't compulsory that you have your agent's board outside, so even if you are using an agent, still have your own board.   That way there can be no 'grey' area as to who found the buyer.   

A large percentage of houses are sold to people who were originally attracted by the sale board.  After all....
